PLAYER INFORMATION
The Alzheimer’s Face Off is an opportunity to hang out with NHL Alumni for the weekend while raising money to provide help for today for those living with dementia and their families and hope for tomorrow through research.
Our goal is provide each player with an incredible hockey experience. Players can sign up as part of a team, or as individuals that will then be assigned to a team.
Teams must raise $25K in order to play in the 2020 Alzheimer’s Face Off.
Registration Fees for 2020
